Rosemary McAuley along with her husband Robert pioneered a church in Ballymena called Victory Praise Centre.  This was a church which was geared towards reaching into the local community and taking the message of the Gospel out side the walls to where the people are.  After pastoring for 21 years they felt an increasing burden to encourage the wider body and in particular to come alongside leaders to strengthen and encourage them.  In September 2007 they were released from full time pastoring and now head up an itinerant ministry called "Inspire Ministries".  They are now based in Ballyclare Elim Church.
